Francis Desmarais
Francis holds a wide experience as a business lawyer, having worked in prestigious law firms. Francis participated to numerous transactions, supervised teams of professionals in the realization of complex transactions and provided legal advice concerning complicated matters. The expertise that Francis acquired as a lawyer in the past years, combined with his great work ethic allowed him to master important commercial transactions and to identify legal and management needs of organizations.
In September 2022, Francis undertook studies in psychology. During his studies, Francis obtain a solid experience in research in various domains as well as an experience in assisting individuals in their interacting relationships. As an intern, Francis worked with the Correctional Service Canada, where he participated in multidisciplinary meetings and assisted at the drafting of various reports.
In addition to conducting investigations in the workplace, Francis trains public and private organizations in civility and respect in the workplace as well as in prevention and management of harassment and violence in the workplace.
Francis’ contribution to the team brings a wide experience in resolution conflicts and a wide experience in drafting.
