Hubert Côté

With close to twenty years of investigation experience, Hubert manages and supervises the activities of the organization. During the last twenty years, Hubert has led psychological and sexual harassment investigations as well as violence investigations in the workplace. His vast experience helped him develop a thorough analysis and a capacity to address complicated and strategic matters in all spheres of activities, whether in the private, public para public, banking, port and other sectors. With this diverse experience, Hubert is highly qualified to address complicated and strategic matters and to assist employers with delicate management situations and the prevention of harassment in the workplace.

Hubert has also trained thousand of employees, managers and directors in workplace civility and respect in a management context and the prevention of harassment and violence in the workplace. Within these training sessions, Hubert has put forward strategies to prevent harassment and violence in the workplace, namely while putting into place tools for managers to better identify and prevent harassment and violence in the workplace.
