Marie-Andrée Gravel

Since 1984, Marie-Andrée has practiced business law in various prestigious Québec law firms. In her role, Marie-Andrée participated and led various transactions, whether Canadian or international. In the realization of complex transactions, Marie-Andrée contributed her negotiation skills relating to commercial issues, as well as legal issues, supervised professional teams and provided legal counsel relating to complicated situations. The expertise that Marie-Andrée has developed within the years, combined with her great work ethic allowed her to master important commercial transactions and to identify legal and management needs of organizations. Marie-Andrée’s contribution brings a vast experience and a support in the organization’s management as well as a great drafting experience.
